Student affairs offers support through the UBC Career Centre, the Centre for Student Development and Leadership, International Student Development, the Centre for Community Engaged Learning, the Centre for Accessibility and Sexual Violence Prevention and Response.
Anti-Racism Support Group for UBC Family Practice Residents
This group exists to support, educate, advocate, and facilitate restorative justice and healing for Black, Indigenous, and other racialized Family Medicine residents in their experiences with racism during their Family Medicine residency training program.
Resident Resilience Committee
The RRC is a standing subcommittee of the Family Medicine PGEC (Postgraduate Education Committee). The mandate of the Committee is to identify, communicate, integrate, and create resources around resident resilience and wellness and to anticipate and bring forward issues that may challenge resident resilience.
UBC Equity & Inclusion Office
The UBC Equity Office works to build a community in which human rights are respected, and equity and inclusion are embedded in all areas of academic, work and campus life.
